Verjus ist die Grundzutat von Jus(t) – ein vollmundiger, leicht saurer Saft, der aus unreifen \u00f6sterreichischen Weintrauben gewonnen wird. Verjus is the primary ingredient of Just(t) \u2013 a full, slightly sour juice, which is made from unripe Austrian grapes.
