Purchase Order
As part of your order, we process the data provided by you:
name, surname, address, street, postcode, city, telephone number, e-mail address, username and password.
The information needed to process credit card payments shall be passed to our payment partner Stripe (https://stripe.com), or you shall be redirected to our payment partner’s website (https://stripe.com) if you choose the credit card payment.Our payment partner encrypts your credit card information using SSL (at least 128 bits) during data transfer. The data required to process payments under the Klarna payment method shall be passed to our payment partner Klarna (https://www.klarna.com/at), or you shall be redirected to their website (https://www.klarna.com/at), when choosing the payment method via Klarna. Our payment partner encrypts your data during data transmission using SSL (minimum 128 bits). The data you provide to us shall only be used to process your purchase order and to fulfill our mutual agreement. Data processing takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR. After full processing of the Contract and full payment of the purchase price, your data shall be archived and deleted after the expiry of the retention period under tax and commercial law or the period in accordance with the Product Liability Act, unless you have given your consent to further use of your personal data. In the event that the purchasing process is interrupted without concluding an agreement, the data stored by us shall be deleted.
Your personal data shall only be passed on to third parties or otherwise disclosed if this is necessary for the purposes of processing the Contract or invoicing or if you have given your prior consent. As part of order processing, for example, the service providers we use (e.g. transport companies, logistics, payment service providers) obtain the necessary data for order processing. However, in the case of a legal regulation, official order or official investigation, we are required by law to provide the relevant information to the competent authority.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter and give us your consent (Article 6(1) of GDPR), we shall process your name and e-mail address for the purpose of sending our newsletter. Your personal data shall be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or withdraw your consent.

Visit to the Website / Use of Cookies
When you visit our website, we collect personal information to the extent technically necessary (name of the file to be opened, date and time of visit, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, user operating system, referring server URL and requesting provider). This data cannot be assigned to specific persons and is not combined with data from other data sources.
We would like to emphasise that cookies are used when visiting our website.
