Arrive, breathe deeply and slow down: this special afternoon combines yoga in nature with an enjoyable guided walk through the traditional cellar lanes of Poysdorf.

We begin with a 90-minute yoga session to bring body and mind into balance. Afterwards, Waltraud guides you through the historic cellar lane, including 2 wine tastings, bread, and the unique atmosphere of the Weinviertel.

A relaxed start to the weekend – calm, enjoyable and inspiring.

Begin your Sunday calmly and mindfully: this special morning combines a gentle hike, yoga in nature, and a relaxing breakfast surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Weinviertel.

We start at 8:00 AM with a walk to the Steinberghütte. At 8:15 AM, Vicky guides a 60-minute yoga session – soft, mindful and suitable for all levels, with a wide view over the vineyards. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Steinberghütte. In case of bad weather, breakfast takes place at Hotel Neustifter.

A peaceful and energizing way to start your Sunday.

Experience the magic of the early morning in the Weinviertel: before the day fully begins, we set off together for a special place. The sunrise walk with Waltraud leads in a calm and mindful pace to the Kirchberg – a moment of silence, wide views and beautiful morning light.

At the Kirchberg, Vicky guides a 60-minute yoga session – gentle, mindful and accompanied by the first rays of sunshine. Afterwards, we enjoy a breakfast on the picnic terrace near the Radyweg, close to Hotel Neustifter.

A unique way to start the day – peaceful, clear and energizing.
