The area around Poysdorf is known for its wine with a slightly funny name: Saurüssel (pig’s nose). Since the 1960s, this very special Grüner Veltliner has been enchanting us with its light, refreshing acidity and full taste of green fruit. Originally a vineyard, today it is synonymous with the joy of life and freedom. It goes well with light dishes from seasonal vegetables, fish, pasta or risotto.
